A system of 20 building maintenance units was designed and deployed by CoxGomyl to provide access to the entirety of the building’s facade. The system is also able to retract behind doors built into the structure when not in use.

This team conducts maintenance checks on a monthly basis to each of the 20 building maintenance units. The team of on-site specialists also conduct daily building maintenance operations including the cleaning of facade surfaces and LED lights on the building.

Alimak Service provides training to each of the operators once a month to enhance the safety of operations and encourage best practice. Training includes emergency training courses to practice rescue drills and reduce response times.
