maintenance agreement with the Cardinal Power Plant to provide service and
support solutions for 20 industrial elevators on-site. Efficiency is central to
operations at the Cardinal Power Plant which produces over 1.8 gigawatts of
energy each year. The industrial elevators at the plant provide access to elevated
points on critical plant facilities. The service and maintenance agreement has
been upheld over the course of years and provides an optimal service solution
that enables the plant to reduce maintenance costs and minimise downtime whilst
providing outage support that is vital for maintaining the flow of profitable
operations.
Alimak
Service has also secured a long-term, multi-site service agreement with Duke
Energy Corporation for the management of 93 Alimak elevators across the United
States. Prior to this, all maintenance was carried out by in-house technicians.

value that they provided as the original equipment manufacturer and went on to
streamline the service and maintenance operations required for the organisation’s
industrial elevators.
